Vince McMahon -- Victory in WWE T-Shirt War

Vince McMahon just piledrived the state of Connecticut ... and won -- a judge has ruled that state officials have no right to turn away voters who sport WWE clothing to the polls on Tuesday.  

It's a quick victory for McMahon ... who filed legal papers earlier this week, after the Conn. Secretary of the State issued an order empowering election officials to turn WWE-clothing wearers away from polls ... simply because his wife is running for U.S. Senate.

McMahon -- who owns the WWE -- released a statement saying, "I am pleased that Connecticut voters have had their freedom of expression to wear WWE merchandise and their right to vote restored."

Mariah Carey: 'Yes, We Are Pregnant'

Mariah Carey has a little Cannon ball on the way -- the singer announced this morning that she is pregnant. ... but Mariah also revealed that she suffered a miscarriage roughly two years ago. Carey -- who appeared with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush on "Today" -- explained, "It's still early, I'm expecting in the spring, I'll say that. I don't want to give too much of like, specific outlines."

After the big announcement, Carey, who was joined by her husband Nick Cannon, also talked about a miscarriage she suffered two years ago ... she was one month into her pregnancy at the time.

This time around, Cannon says the experience is "absolutely emotional" -- adding, "the greatest gift on earth is a child."

Woman in Charlie Sheen Hotel Room Will Press Case

Capri Anderson, the woman who ended up locking herself in Charlie Sheen's hotel bathroom, will ask Colorado prosecutors to violate Charlie's probation ... on ground he allegedly held her against her will.



We've also learned Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, has already lawyered up, hiring a high-profile Beverly Hills attorney -- not Gloria Allred.  

Our sources say Anderson claims after she locked herself in the bathroom, Charlie tried getting in and began repeatedly punching the door.  She alleges she feared for her life.

We're told Anderson wants the Pitkin County D.A. to attempt to violate Charlie's probation in the domestic violence case and she plans to fly to Apsen in the next few days to make her case.

Sources in Pitkin County tell us as far as the D.A. is concerned, any complaint that criminal activity occurred in New York must be filed in New York, not Pitkin County.  We're told, however, that if Anderson flies to Aspen, the D.A. has "an open-door policy" and would see her.

As one person on her team told TMZ, beyond the Pitkin case, "We're weighing our legal options."

Law enforcement sources in NYC tell TMZ ... when cops interviewed Anderson at the hotel, she did not say she felt Charlie was holding her against her will.

Charlie Sheen's 'Date' Mugs with Denise Richards

Under the category ... be careful who you pose for pictures with ... TMZ has obtained a now-awkward photo of Denise Richards mugging for the camera with Capri Anderson, just hours before The Plaza Hotel incident.



The photo was taken at Daniel restaurant in NYC, where Charlie Sheen, three other guys and five women, including Anderson, went to dinner at 8:00 PM Monday.  Denise was also invited to dinner, showed up and we're told Anderson made a beeline for her, saying she was a big fan and wanted a pic with her.  We're told Denise, who had no idea who the woman was, obliged.

But sources tell us Denise quickly figured it out and became so uncomfortable she left during appetizers.

And you know the rest of the story ... after an alcohol-fueled dinner, Charlie and Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, ended up in his hotel room.

Tyra Banks Gets Protection from 'Celebrity Stalker'

Tyra Banks has been granted a permanent restraining order against a "mentally unstable celebrity stalker" who has allegedly been targeting Tyra and her family since 2006.


Earlier today, an L.A. County Superior Court judge ordered 39-year-old Marten Williams, Jr. to stay at least 100 yards from Tyra and her family for the next three years.

As we previously reported, Tyra believes Williams poses a serious threat to her safety ... citing that he's left several items on her property in the past ... and just last month, he was arrested for trespassing at Tyra's home. 

Tyra also claims that Williams has a history of mental illness -- insisting that Williams believes he killed "George Bush Jr."

Capri Anderson's Lawyer Contacts Sheen's Attorney

Capri Anderson's lawyer has already contacted Charlie Sheen's attorney who specializes in settling messy situations with celebrities -- but Capri's attorney got an icy response.


Sources connected with Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, tell TMZ her lawyer contacted one of Charlie's attorneys.  Sources tell us Capri's lawyer sent an email to legal pit bull Marty Singer yesterday ... informing Singer that Capri has lawyered up.  We're told Singer's response was simply, "Ok. So what?"

Capri claims Charlie threatened her in the hotel room, although she made no mention of this to NYC cops. 

We're guessing this one won't be as easy as Rachel Uchitel.

Sports Kingpin Claims Enemy Dealt Drugs, Prostitutes

The owner of one of the most powerful sports management companies in the world is hurling explosive allegations at the man who is trying to bring him down ... accusing the dude of being knee-deep in the business of peddling whores and drugs.



Ted Forstmann (pictured), the head of the mega-sports management company IMG, has filed new legal docs in his war with former golfing associate James Agate -- in order to prove that Agate is a scumbag who can't be trusted.

In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ -- Forstmann claims Agate is such a bad guy that he used "drugs and prostitutes" to lure in customers for his printing business.

Forstmann claims Agate's business failed as a result -- and he's become so desperate for cash, that he's made up lies about Forstmann in an attempt to then extort him. 

As for Agate's accusations that Ted obtained "inside information" from Roger Federer to gamble on tennis matches -- Forstmann says that's all BS too ... and he has the phone records to prove it.

Forstmann's rep, Michael Sitrick, tells TMZ that Forstmann will ask the court to strike Agate's claims in their entirety.

Another Oksana Lawyer Bites the Dust........read & watch

Oksana Grigorieva has lost another lawyer in the family law case -- Lisa Bloom is substituting out.
We don't know exactly why Bloom left the case -- but we're told there were some conflicts between Bloom and Oksana's remaining legal team.  Specifically, we're told over the weekend, Daniel Horowitz was working with Oksana at her home.  Bloom came by and left looking pretty mad.

Bloom tells TMZ, "I still represent her and I have not quit," adding she is just temporarily out of the family law case while she is in Europe speaking at the Climate Change Convention at the House of Commons in London.

Other sources say Bloom is out of the family law case ... period.

Anna Nicole Doc -- Cleared in Drug Case....

Anna Nicole Smith's personal physician -- Dr. Sandeep Kapoor -- was just acquitted on charges of illegally funneling prescription meds to the deceased reality star.


Kapoor faced 6 criminal counts -- including a pair of conspiracy charges. 

Kapoor breathed a sigh of relief as the verdict was read.

Howard K. Stern was just found guilty on two counts of conspiracy for obtaining medications for Anna Nicole Smith in his own name.


Stern was acquitted of seven other charges involving Smith. Stern is free pending an appeal. 

Stern placed his face in his hands right before the verdict was read ... but had a stone-faced reaction once he learned his fate.

Stern is due back in court January 6 for sentencing.

After the hearing, Stern said, "Everything related to the
appropriateness of the medication, I was acquitted of."

Junior Seau Domestic Violence Police Report.......

Junior Seau's girlfriend told cops the former NFL linebacker grabbed her by the arm and shoved her into a wall ... this according to the police report just obtained by TMZ.



The girlfriend told police the force was so violent it caused her to knock over their fish bowl. The fish survived.

One of the cops said he saw a small red abrasion on her right forearm and felt a raised bump on the right side of her head.  She also complained of back pain.  Cops say the front of her shirt was ripped open.

The woman rejected the cops' offer to get her an emergency protective order.

Seau -- a former San Diego Charger --  had left the scene but called the woman's cell phone while cops were still at the home.  Seau spoke with police and denied striking his GF.

Seau returned to the house and was arrested.  Cops say they smelled alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot.

As we previously reported, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office declined to file criminal charges against Seau.

Charlie Sheen just said he didn't know the whereabouts of his expensive watch which triggered the blowout at The Plaza Hotel ... and that he'd be wearing it if he knew.


TMZ broke the story ... Charlie went ballistic after his incredibly expensive watch went missing and accused Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh, of taking it.

Don't Blame Eva Longoria for BMW Crash.....!!!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops have finished their investigation into the two-car crash involving Eva's BMW X5 and another guy driving the exact same car -- and have concluded that the other driver was "at fault" because he made a left turn in front of Eva ... causing the SUVs to collide.

'Sister Wives' -- Not Backing Down from Season 2....

They're still in the middle of a criminal investigation -- but the polygamist family featured on "Sister Wives" has officially agreed to do another season of their TLC reality show.

The Kody family -- 21 members strong -- drew the eye of Utah officials right after their show debuted earlier this year. Authorities completed an investigation and turned the case over to the County Attorney ... who will ultimately decide whether or not to prosecute the family for bigamy.

Season 2 is set to debut in March -- no word if the family will address the investigation on the show.

Eddie Cibrian's Ex Busted for DUI....

Brandi Glanville, ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian, was busted for DUI early this morning .Glanville was arrested at 12:05 AM by Beverly Hills PD. She was pulled over on Sunset Blvd. for an unknown traffic violation. According to law enforcement sources, officers detected the odor of alcohol and Glanville was given a field sobriety test. She was then arrested for suspicion of DUI.

She was held on $5,000 bail and released at 8:21 AM.

Mel Gibson Can't See Lucia on Her Birthday......

... Mel Gibson won't be able to spend a second with baby Lucia tomorrow on her first birthday, after being shut down by the judge.

Mel gets Lucia today but is supposed to return her to Oksana in the PM. Problem is ... Mel's primary nanny -- the one who takes the baby back and forth -- is sick, so Mel asked the judge for permission to return the kid on Saturday morning.

But team Oksana objected, arguing Mel has another nanny who is perfectly capable of transporting Lucia.  And Oksana claimed in her legal papers she feels Mel already has too much visitation.

In the end, the judge kept the status quo, which means Mel must return Lucia tonight.

Miami Heat -- $12,000 for a Courtside Seat

What a difference a year (and 2 new superstars) make ... TMZ has learned courtside seats at tonight's Miami Heat home opener are SELLING for more than $12,000 apiece. 

A rep for Stubhub.com confirmed that they SOLD a pair of seats for tonight's game against the Orlando Magic for $12,942 each.

Just for comparison -- Stubhub spokesman Glenn Lehrman tells us ... last season, the most anyone paid for a courtside seat at a Heat home game was $2,250 when the Heat played the Lakers.

Stubhub wouldn't reveal the identity of the person who bought the $12k seats -- but we're guessing it wasn't a Cavs fan.

This is refreshing ... Tila Tequila just convinced a judge someone was harassing her, because she just won a restraining order against a photog who claimed Tila kidnapped his alleged girlfriend.
 

According to docs filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Tila wanted Garry Sun ordered to stay 100 yards away from her ... but the judge said 10 yards would do. That's funny on so many levels.

As we first reported yesterday, Garry filed an application for a restraining against Tila -- claiming she kidnapped his so-called girlfriend Shyla Jennings on October 19 and then threatened to kill him.

Shyla has since told us Garry's claims are totally BS ... and that she has "no idea who Garry Sun is."

UPDATE: Tila tells TMZ she's also preparing to file a lawsuit against Sun for "making such crazy allegations about me."

'Jersey's' Angelina: I Was Attacked at The Mall

Angelina Pivarnick -- the sometimes cast member on "Jersey Shore" -- has told police she was attacked at a mall in Staten Island today ... TMZ has learned.


Sources close to Angelina tell us the reality star was inside Hot Topic at the Staten Island Mall when she was approached by a "rowdy group" of young people.

Angelina claims somebody attacked her from behind -- striking her in the back of the head. According to police sources, a friend of Angelina's told police someone threw a bottle that skimmed her lip. We're told she immediately called police for help, but refused medical attention.

But mall security paints a slightly less dramatic tale -- they tell us a few people were filming Angelina and her friend when the crowd got chaotic and somebody accidentally smacked her in the face.

Security quickly arrived to the Hot Topic and ordered the kids to leave the store.

But sources close to Angelina tell us the reality star has a welt on the back of the head which proves her story. We're told Angelina is still talking to police to figure out her next move. 

T.I.'s Wife.......Charged with Possession of Ecstasy

TMZ has learned the L.A. County District Attorney has charged  T.I.'s wife -- Tameka Cottle -- for possessing the drug ecstasy when the couple was arrested on Sunset Strip last month.



If convicted, Tameka could face up to a year behind bars.

As we previously reported, the D.A. has elected not to prosecute T.I. for charges stemming from the incident, noting that the rapper will already be serving time in Georgia for a probation violation stemming from the L.A. arrest.

Oksana Grigorieva's Lawyer ......... 'She Told the Truth'

Oksana Grigorieva just walked out of a marathon deposition -- about 7 hours long -- but O.G. has much more she wants to say, according to her attorney, Daniel Horowitz.

Prince Von A-hole .......A Bee Ravaged My Throat

TMZ has learned Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince von Anhalt was hospitalized this week after being stung by a bee -- which doesn't sound so bad ... until you realize it stung him from the INSIDE.

Anhalt tells TMZ he was outside his Beverly Hills home on Tuesday "sunbathing and eating Kaiserschmarrn" -- which is totally normal -- when he somehow swallowed a bee ... that ended up stinging his throat on the way down.

Anhalt says he suddenly "could not breathe and turned blue" ... and had to be rushed to a local hospital.

We're told Anhalt is still in the hospital ... and it's unclear when he'll be able to eat Kaiserschmarrn again.
